My teaching aims to invite students to question, explore, and craft who they are and who they want to become as leaders. My teaching experience spans academic classroom instruction, leadership coaching, and group facilitation, allowing me to engage diverse learners in a range of developmental contexts.

Academic Teaching

Harvard Extension School, Instructor

I designed and taught classes on topics such as leadership, motivation, work relationships, teams, culture, and workplace well being as part of the following courses taught through the Harvard Extension School:

Leadership Coach

I have served as a leadership consultant and executive coach in executive school programs at Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and NYU Abu Dhabi. In this role, I lead groups of 6-8 executives through dynamic experiential learning exercises that complement and deepen their in-class learning and also hold 1:1 coaching sessions with executives. I coach in the following programs:
